At MAIRA'S COLLECTIONS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours of receiving their order.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Lingerie and underwear
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been made.
Refund Process
- Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Exchange Process
- Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Replacement products are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- If the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs may be covered by MAIRA'S COLLECTIONS.
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
